This one is my 3rd favourite book!
Following the reading of The Revolution of the Master Algorithm, by Professor Pedro Domingos, and Artificial Intelligence, by Professor Arlindo Oliveira, I read the book Life 3.0, by Max Tegmark.
After reading it, I don’t know which of the following expressions best applies to its quality: AI Bible or AI Dictionary. Either way, one thing is certain: both fit very well. All because it’s a very complete book with a detailed and critical approach to the future, consequences, benefits and care to be taken with an AI.
Needless to say, I highly recommend it!
In addition to reading this book, I also saw the original YouTube series, The Age of A.I., which features the author of the book The Revolution of the Master Algorithm, Professor Pedro Domingos. Over 9 episodes, we can see projects that contribute to the improvement of the most diverse social areas, showing off the potentials of AI.
A “must” for those interested in the area, but also for those who want to understand the impact that an AI has in the present and in the near future.
