After reading the book The Revolution of the Master Algorithm, by Pedro Domingos, Artificial Intelligence sweetened my soul and I searched for a list of books related to the area, having chosen to read this one because it’s a book that shows AI in a simple and effective way, considering the risks, the benefits and the social component behind of it, as well as a balance of evolution and what remains to be discovered.
Having participated in the AI Evolution and Future Seminar – Technical, Economic, Social and Cultural Repercussions: Ethical Challenges and Risks, at FEUP, I had the opportunity to hear the author of this book, Professor Arlindo Oliveira.
It was a pleasure to read this book! I strongly recommend reading it.
